Personal Financial Management

This new personal banking feature lets you pull in external accounts from other financial institutions, showing your full financial picture in one platform.

CardSwap

Isn't it frustrating when automatic payments are unexpectedly returned because of an updated card with a new expiration date? With CardSwap, you can swap out card information on subscription sites such as Amazon and Netflix (plus many more!) from within your digital banking platform.

Enhanced Security

2-Factor Authentication will be enabled to add an extra layer of protection beyond just a username and password. A Secure Access Code (SAC) will be sent to the phone number or email address that we have on file. Please note that First Farmers will NEVER contact you and ask you to verify your Secure Access Code (SAC).

Service Availability

The online banking upgrade is scheduled for November 6, 2023. Please note that online bill pay will be unavailable the week immediately preceding the upgrade, during which time your scheduled payments will still be processed, but new payments cannot be scheduled.

Friday, Nov. 3, 2023

  • Digital Banking will be unavailable beginning at 4 PM EST.
  • Branches will remain open - find your nearest branch.
  • The First Farmers Call Center will be open until 6 PM EST/5 PM CST.
  • ITM Express Tellers will be available until 7 PM EST/6 PM CST.
  • ATMs, Debit Cards, and the First Farmers Telebanking Service will be available and working 24/7 throughout the upgrade.
  • Telebanking is available at 1-888-350-3799.

Saturday, Nov. 4, 2023

  • Digital Banking remains unavailable.
  • The First Farmers Call Center will be open until 12 PM EST/11 AM CST.
  • ITM Express Tellers will be open 8 AM - 12 PM EST/7 AM - 11 AM CST
  • Branch Drive-Up Banking will be available 9 AM - 12 PM Local Time.
  • ATMs, Debit Cards, and the First Farmers Telebanking Service will be available and working 24/7 throughout the upgrade.
  • Telebanking is available at 1-888-350-3799.

Sunday, Nov. 5, 2023

  • Digital Banking remains unavailable.
  • ATMs, Debit Cards, and the First Farmers Telebanking Service will be available and working 24/7 throughout the upgrade.

Monday, Nov. 6, 2023

  • Digital Banking upgrade will be complete and available by 12 PM EST.
