Building a Legacy
"The building we're doing now predominantly is for our kids and our grandkids."
After successful careers and retirement, Randy and his wife have shifted their focus toward creating a lasting impact through family, philanthropy, faith, and service to the community. For them, the future is about investing in the next generation.
Pursue Your Passion
"If you've figured out what your passion is, congratulations."
Randy believes passion isn't something you stumble into overnight. It comes from continually taking the next step, embracing failure, and putting in the time required to improve your craft.
