Preparing Your Intuit Product for the Digital Upgrade
First Farmers Bank & Trust is migrating to a new digital banking platform on Nov. 6, 2023. This upgrade means increased functionality and a smoother user experience for our digital banking users, and we’re excited to better serve our clients with improved digital products.
If you use Quicken, Quickbooks, or Mint, this update does require a few easy steps on your part to ensure a smooth transition. You can view the instructions below.
The conversion instructions reference two action dates. Please take note of those dates as they are deadlines for making the changes necessary for a smooth transition.
First Action Date: Nov. 3, 2023
A data file backup and a final transaction download should be completed by this date. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date because transaction history may not be available after the upgrade.
Second Action Date: Nov. 6, 2023
This is the action date for the remaining steps on the conversion instructions. You will complete the deactivate/reactivate of your digital banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken or Quickbooks accounts set up with the new connection.
